C. A lot of fruit, snap peas and onions/garlic/mushrooms give me gas, which degas tablets do not help. (And I really liked snap peas.) It's a part of life, you suffer in some way until you realise the right diet for you, because the common choice of food from the plethora of options available to us, is usually consuming way too much of the foods that should only be consumed in moderation. Then there are people with specific dietary requirements who either become aware, or stay unaware of it and its effects. Such effects can be mental health problems.
