Here's a little inspiration based on things I've recently realized:

You know you've found something you truly love when one of two things happen: 1. Despite the seemingly endless frustrations and challenges, you still undoubtedly love it and 2. It helps you become more of you.

So, face your fears and go. If your terrified -- good!! That means you're alive. If you make an idiot of yourself and if somebody criticizes you then who cares. You are stronger when you are in hot water. If you don't ever face those challenges then you won't ever have that opportunity to shine. So take the risk to do what you just KNOW will make you happy... follow that instinct and your heart -- it knows exactly where you should be so trust it 100% no matter how terrifying the idea might be. Once you fight the war to make it up the fence, then you'll catch a better glimpse at what more you can do on the other side.

That is true. I haven't tried anything so seemingly impossible in a while. It's the things you would never consider possible that give that sense of exhilaration.

I'm currently in the middle of a life changing event which started because I followed my head instead of my heart. I felt guilty for my actions, so I decided to run away rather than solve the problem. Now I have created a mess I can't clean up and I have to venture forward and keep my chin up? Easier said than done.

But in the back of my mind I am wondering if this is where I was supposed to be the whole time? I don't understand life.

I've been applying this method to my life a lot lately. I have way too many examples. One..which is sort of silly, but a gooder none the less...I payed off library fines after 6 years!!! It felt so good after I went to the desk, heart racing, and got a new card. What did I get out of it? Well a life lesson for one. Second, CDs and movies!!!

Hope you figure out what you need to do. I've been there and done that. But it is out of fear I think. Anxiety for me equals avoidance. Hopefully you can conquer your fears! Sometimes we also behave in self-defeating behavior (I'm just throwing guesses in the wind) because we don't think we will be able to make it in the first place. (perfectionism).

*blurts out then covers her mouth in shame* I'm a good listener!!

You may be more right that you realize... I made a risky move which I thought would yield results. 3 months later and still none. Wondering if I made the right choice, but too late to go back on it. It's scary being in a situation you created but have no clue where it will lead. Very hard to reorient myself.

I'm following my head right now and hoping my heart will follow. If I am creative I think I can include my heart in other areas of my life that are not my job. I hope this works out for me. (and any of you if you are doing the same).
