It's called a thought diary. Just google it or you can find one directly at this link (if it's still up) : http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/docs/ACFC24F.pdf

Fill one of them or multiples of them out up until a point where you can find a pattern in the 'hot thought' (as weird as that may sound, you will know what that means after you fill it out). This pattern you identify after filling it out, is a 'core belief'. Match this core belief with the basic fear of the types which you can find here:

9types.com - Enneagram tests, type descriptions, forums

Do this until you find a good match. If you're having trouble finding a good match, fill out more sheets and see whether you can get a better pattern across all your 'hot thoughts'. This will get you a more precise core belief (maybe even more precise than enneagram can describe :proud:)
