Long story short: If someone's life had been directed by some kind of constant fear. All the decisions, the experiences, all have been impacted. There has been a constant state of fear, and then it led to burnout and brain fog.

And now when finally the reason causing this problematic life is known. But there isn't any strength (strength to fight) left now. How should one proceed?
How can one come back to life (peacefully) after being stuck and in brain fog for so many years? How can/should one proceed one's life?
