Alright, I'm an ISFP and not very familiar with Enneagram theory. I think I'm a type 4.

I think this is generally accurate.

Type 5 sounds nothing like me...so I assumed I might be a Type 4 with a 3 Wing. But Type 3 doesn't sound all that much like me, either.

Yes, no, no, kind of. (Image-conscious in terms of physical appearance, yes, but otherwise, no).

try not to think about your MBTI too much when figuring out your Enneagram type. It doesn't make it any easier to discern beyond just being able to say what types are most likely or least likely; any MBTI-Enneatype is possible because the typologies have such different approaches to understanding people, so you should leave all possibilities open. An ISFP type 4 is definitely possible; one example might be Michael Jackson.
