I saw Amy Schumer on the Charlie Rose show a couple days ago and she was promoting her new book.

I started reading it tout suite.

The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo

Chapter 4 is *I Am An Introvert*

"...but I am, without a doubt, a classic textbook introvert...If you are a true introvert, other people are basically energy vampires...just because my job requires me to make fun of myself into a microphone and wear my heart on my sleeve for hire doesn't mean I can't be an introvert as well. Believe it or not, I do have a complex inner life just like you, and I enjoy being alone. I need it. And I've never been happier than I was when I finally figured this out about myself. So if you're an introvert like me, especially a female introvert, or a person who is expected to give away your energy to everyone else on the reg, I want to encourage you to find time to be alone. Don't be afraid to excuse yourself. Recharge for as long as you need. Lean up against a tree and take a break from the other bears. I'll be there too, but I promise not to bother you."

What a great writer.

I really enjoyed her Charlie Rose interview.

I'm looking forward to reading her book. It's always nice when someone speaks openly about being an introvert, since there continues to be so much ignorance and misinformation about it!

I wouldn't be surprised if Amy Schumer was an introvert. She's socially awkward at times and isn't as funny as she thinks she is. Amy is a joke-stealing hack that's overrated who makes me less likely to laugh and more likely to think that she's needs to get some help from a therapist. Movies that Amy is in are overrated. There are people like Daniel Tosh, the creators of South Park, Bill Burr, Christopher Titus, JoshDub, C.K. Louis, Steven Crowder, Frank James, "Aba & Preach", Jim Gaffigan, and DashieXP that I would rather watch and listen to for humour rather than Amy Schumer. Her "comedy" shows represent Hollywood's left-leaning woketivism because she's making "jokes" to get money like a sellout would. She was born into a white Jewish family of politics. It's why she became as popular as she did in the comedy industry because she's an industry plant with white privilege. So, I'm not really impressed by her personal background nor her careers in the comedy industry and the entertainment industry.

I feel bad for female comedians trying to make a name for themselves by working hard and coming up with the best comedy they possibly can and defy the stereotype that women aren't funny... and then along comes Amy "my pussy stinks" Schumer to steal your thunder.

She's to comedy what Stalinism was to social justice... somewhere buried in there is probably a sincere attempt, but the result is just a horror show.
