I am ESTP.
At work my boss is all about deadline, schedule and time.

My boss is encouraging me to become ESTJ

Any advice on how I can work on being a ESTJ at work?

Plan ahead
Be concern about time
Get things done before deadline
Time is Limit
What can I finish today so I don't have to finish tomorrow.

Here's some good advice.

Don't become ESTJ.

You are ESTP and probably have a better time dealing with things you haven't done before, with chaos, and being useful in unpredictable situations. ESTJs are not good at this and I'm sure some envy ESTPs for this. Show your boss that you can get the jobs done that they do not know how to do, or your are best when given a task to do on the spot instead of planning ahead and being super organized. I think your boss will appreciate you having strengths they lack.

True, now my boss gave me an extra job as an Loss Prevention Officer. Where I can do office work, webdesign and watch the store. You are right I don't think ESTJ can handle the switch fast enough.
Thank you for the encouragement.

Improve on Extroverted Thinking and you will follow the ESTJ way of life. It's not gonna be fun, I tell ya..
