a friend of mine said that she does not find anything(most of the things) interesting.....
so is that a ISTJ stuff or is it just her?

and if this is true for istj's then i understand that most of them would not even answer.

Portrait of an ISTJ - Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging
(Introverted Sensing with Extraverted Thinking)

The Duty Fulfiller

Interested in nothing.

More seriously though, no, being an ISTJ does not mean you're not interested in anything. There's really not much more I can say.

This might just be introversion if one has to put this on something, largely due to the fact that introverts are generally less expansive, and thus will general prefer their own world over the outside world.

I like how ISTJ's are confident in "not being interested" in a lot of things. I think they value their time and what they do with it. Also I notice my sister controls what she tells others about her interests because she wants to at times "enjoy" her activities solo without having to entertain a party of people joining her.
