I think we get things better done and our quality of lives improve greatly if we learn to often maintain balanced, sensible positive thoughts.

Too much negative thinking that arise from little logic can actually be very unhealthy.

Very vague, I know, but I was just trying to be encouraging lol

I agree. For me it's hard to do much under any kind of stress or negative thoughts. How you can keep a steady balance of positivity is my dilemma.

I find positive thoughts come easier and more fluently the longer you try to maintain a positive mindset, it can still be trying though!
