I have always put whatever was available and eat anytime that was convenient. I am now type II diabetic and have to be more careful - a piece of cold chicken wrapped in lettuce and a cup of hot tea - good braskfast! But I am the primary cook for 3 seniors and have to consider their wants and needs. But in the day I often ate lunch at 9:50 AM at a breakfast buffet.

Pringles at 6AM; it's difficult to call, this being the first time, but I may just regret nothing.
Then later, possibly, scrambled eggs.
