Mine is rather simple.

1) Have no regrets
2) Take every opportunity
3) Become really good at playing some instrument.

Certainly not the prototypical bucket list, but it is my list and the first two cover many bases.

What does it say about me that I have never considered drawing up a bucket list?

I've done a lot of shit in my 55 years so far. And I'm sure I'll do more. But I don't see any particular thing as something that I must do before I die that I am not already doing. But here are some things I think about that I have not done yet.

Retire while I'm still young enough to enjoy an active life. Wait... I just did that last week. :proud:

Write a young adults novel about... well, I have this great idea but a lot of trouble scheduling time and filling in the details.

Complete a project I started years ago to ski off at least one volcano or major mountain in every country comprising the Pacific Ring of Fire. So far I've only skied off a bunch of them in the US and Japan.

I want to ski in Antarctica.

I think it would be cool to be a contestant in a cooking show on the Food Channel.

I want to get paid to perform music.

I want to create a free think tank for young entrepreneurs who are outside the education system and who have an interest in sustainability to connect with mentors and access tools to help them build a career that they design themselves.

1 - Decrease my dorsolateral prefrontal cortex dysfunction.
2 - Use and myelinate my ventral vagal complex by finding a good therapist.
3 - Learn much more about everything.
4 - Make love with someone lovely.
5 - Compose a few good songs and poems.
6 - Fly in a small airplane or helicopter.
7 - Feel refreshed after a long night's sleep.
8 - Learn how to cook vegetarian dishes.
9 - Read eight hours per day for an entire month.
10 - Go scuba diving / skydiving.
11 - Go base jumping / bungee jumping.
12 - Get in shape and practice parkour.
13 - Self-sustain for a year in a beautiful forest.
14 - Write at least one book.
15 - Teach as someone's tutor.
16 - Become a politician and change the status quo.
17 - Explore the world.
18 - Officially change my name.
19 - Acquire a very good camera and photograph stuff.
20 - Eat all possible flavors of cheesecake.
21 - Make a very significant contribution to humanity/life.

The sad part about this is that I'd need to achieve the first two before being able to try completing the rest and I doubt it's even possible; thankfully, completing a bucket list is entirely pointless.

Oh my turn!

Adverseaffect's bucket list, taken from the pages of her journal (you are so lucky)
looking back on this... i was oddly worried about a lot of things not happening. they happened allright.

not this is kind of embarrassing but you guys won't judge me, riiiight?

have sex :ninja:
have a**l sex
or*l sex :ninja:
eat sushi :ninja:
fall in love :ninja:
fall in love not like a crazy person
try marijuana :ninja:
get drunk :ninja:
get accustomed to eating spicy foods (half a ninja= )
go to a concert :ninja:
be the type of person who goes to tons of concerts
be published in some form (fourth grade story compliation does not count)

have a beautiful garden :ninja:
-maintain a beautiful house of my own as an adult, garden, interior, with efficent environmentally self-sufficient systems built by myself

that's all i got so far. I would also add get married to a man i love and have a healthy, complementary relationship and life together, but it feels weird to plan things like that, i'll just let it happen or not. if i had made parts of this living document list when i was older as opposed to my freshmen year of highschool, most of the sex stuff, for example, would not even be on it.

- Sell all my shit, give it all to charity, start over.
-Go on a several month meditation retreat in a foreign country.
