Ok, so I was always confused about my mbti type, but all I knew for certain was that in the past I was hyper "in tune" with my environment all the time, and I am pretty sure Se is high up in my stack, either ESFP or ISFP.
Up until 7th grade, I was super happy, had 0 stress, and had always made friends and had a good life. I never succumbed to modern life, and did not even have a phone then. I did not sit around much, and played sports, so I was pretty active.
But around 8th grade, i started gaming a ton in a bad posture, sleeping on my stomach a lot watching shows and also sleeping for 8 hours on my stomach. This created an anterior pelvic tilt, and over time my lower abs and pelvic floor got really weak, and I have a standing anterior pelvic tilt, loose abs, and a loose pelvic floor.
I do not feel like my old self at all. Over a period of 4 years, all these bad habits wrecked havoc on my pelvic strength.
BUUUUtt here is the kicker- when I purposefully tighten my lower abs/Transverse Abdominis/ Pelvic floor, I feel like my old self- life gets fun, I get hyper focused, I feel one with my environment and in the moment.
Is this just BS or is there a correlation?
