Could it be possible that I have social anxiety disorder? I have been reading a few articles on the topic.
Some of the traits are shaking, nervousness, fear of authority, heart beating faster.
In social settings, a few people have notice that I seen nervous or shaky. There was a time I went to the cinema with a female and she noticed that I seen shaky. I don't know why that happens. When we went to the cinema together, I was thinking of things to say to her but when I did my mind went blank.
I sometimes think that people are observing what I am doing. When people are constantly looking at me, I get paranoid.
I notice sometimes my voice is shaky and gets nervous around certain people. It could be around people who seem high in authority and seem superior.
I am shy sometimes but in public people sometimes say I act weird or behave funny. I know as a child, I was really shy, but I don't think this is to do with shyness. I shouldn't be shy at my age. I know growing up I didn't socialise a lot around people and it was difficult when I went to university the first year. I felt because I wasn't saying much around my roommates, that they thought I was boring or strange so I didn't interact with them so much. Whenever they were together in the kitchen I felt strange. I felt comfortable when I went to the kitchen when they weren't there. In social settings, like discussions or meeting people, I always think that people are perceiving to be strange or boring.
Could the things I've written show that I have social anxiety disorder?
