I stop thinking of people by firstly thinking of how they've been acting like douches, and how I'm not supposed to put up with that. So the first thing that happens is me getting pissed off. Self esteem and knowing your self worth is very important.
I try to be as honest and open as possible. No games.
Take it or leave it.
And then when I'm in the process of getting over someone I try to take advantage of ISFP's abilities to live 'here and now'. Just go out and do stuff, whatever it might be. It'll take your mind off things. And try to be open to meeting new people. ISFP's genuinely like people, and we can easily get along with whomever we meet. Can't we? Hehe.
And I try to enjoy the freedom, and the fact that I have no idea of what's going to happen. Anything could happen!
