Yes, I exercised today. Sore right trapezius but I did a good warm up, focused on body mechanics, did a great cool down.
I'm 56, 5' 9" and weigh 138 lbs. most of which won't show here, nor how much muscle I'm putting on with only weight training and doing mat work once a week, but this selfie will have to do as no one was here to take it but me--too close, not candid enough, sorry peeps: Focus on my age and motivation. :-D
