good point... i did that because I googled nemesis bc I wanted to get the exact definition before I posted my genius idea, and the first two meanings did not refer to "real, live" people, but to conditions, like "laziness is my nemesis." So I was just being specific because I wanted ppl to trash talk the people who are tormenting them.

OK, I will explain what I meant by "absent minded."
Because I don't mind talking some more about the stupid thing I did.
I must have seen the thread title about having a nemesis, but was not really paying full attention to what I was reading,
just kind of skimming (my mind was at least partly absent, as in not fully paying attention to what I was reading).
Later, I thought that posting a thread about having a nemesis would be fabulously fun. For some "mysterious" reason,
the word nemesis just POPPED into my head.
It was really embarrassing to realize I had posted a thread someone else had posted an hour earlier.
Now I'm re-living it.
