Or even small parts of a song? Do you play emotionally appealing songs over and over when you need to feel a certain way?

I get songs and parts of movies, even short annoying snippets of songs, stuck in my head repeating over and over sometimes without me even being aware. One song will last for a day or two, only to be replaced by another. Anyone get this tweaker feeling and need to make sounds or go, "AAAAHHHHHHHH!! STOOOOOOOP!!!!!!!!" ?

Hell yeah I do. Spamming songs for insane amounts of hours is commonplace to me. In fact I'm doing it right this second. Moments of songs always sticks in my head, and some for quotes from shows/movies (although it's definitely not as common)

It happens to me. Sometimes the song that pops up in my head is quite random, no idea where they come from but once it's there, it pops up time and time again for that whole day. The next day might just be another loop with a different song.

Probably because I loop songs a lot - my playlist gets repeated over and over again until I decide to pick another song, and these songs aren't exactly the "new and upbeat" ones on the radio now

I ALWAYS get songs stuck in my head, and I like this so much that sometimes I don't need a music player. Sometimes it gets annoying and I can never stop songs from playing in my head so I tend to go crazy. I also feel attracted to songs with heavy emotional incorporation and meaning, and usually don't like "music for the sake of music" type of music.

I'm also wondering if this is something related to INFP's only?

I once had the song "i'll make a man out of you" (from Mulan) stuck in my head for a week. I would sing it as I walked from class to class - this was many years ago back in HS. my friends have never let me live that moment down. Yes, I suffer from this too:crazy:

I used to have this problem a lot when I was really young. Usually when I heard something really catchy it would go on for hours. When I tried to stop it it would just get worse by repeating a really small section of the song over and over again. Now its not so bad. Whenever I read a book the most random music will play in my head but I have more control over it.
