Just based off of personal intuition, my mom is INFJ, my dad is ISTP, my older brother is INTP, and my younger brother is INTJ. I never realized how different my family life was compared to that of my friends until I started spending time with them in their homes – and it was a bit of a shock at first.
It's weird because my loved ones' true personalities diverge at home but converge in public. I've lost count of how many times people comment on our collectively quiet disposition in public.
My family is introverted with the exception of my mother and possibly my older sister. I get my INTJ type from my father. It could possibly be a cultural thing.
My brother, mother, and I are all introverts. Possibly my stepfather as well, but he's more a toss-up between either of the NTPs. Past that though (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins), we seem to be surrounded by Extraverts.
Yep, I'm INFP, dad i think is ISTP, mom is ISFJ, and it's hard to tell with my sister as she's autistic but she's something like IXFX. We are very quiet and keep to ourselves most of the time. I remember it being a shock to me too when I stayed over at a friend's house for the first time whose family I think was mostly made up of extraverts.
