I watch it, and I'm pretty sure he is. Neil Patrick Harris himself is an ENTP, so it would be a perfect match. Anyways, he shows all the signs of ENTPism, so I don't see why not.

Thought it was a contemporary soap opera. Was four seasons in before I realized the punch lines were supposed to elicit laughter instead of making my stomach drop.

Only for Barney since (IMO) he's the only one who's actually funny. (ok ok Robin's backside tends to catch my attention but other then that i despise the other characters in it. )
