I've had work stressors manifest itself in dreams or should I say nightmares. I cant remember any details now, but I remember that they weren't pleasant.
Hmmm... and hmmmI have had all kinds of dreams but I just had one about a week ago. I think is worth sharing.
I dreamed that I was part of a assassination crew after a maternal monarchy. It was roughly the 1700's , so we had on really nice dresses with feathers, lace, ect...
In the dream someone ordered a woman to decapitate her son. It had so much detail and gore. I was slightly disturbed by my own dream.
I have to admit I do have stress from work. It is 2 women that are mostly the cause of it. I never thought it would manifest like this.
Any one had something similar happen?
What is really bugging me is that I wish I were better. Shes putting pressure on me to be better. Somehow I'm not living up to these standards. At least in my mind. So they are manifesting in dreams.Didn't know ENTJ's put up with nonsense like this. Typically we look at negative situations from a cold-objective analytical big-picture perspective, and find a solution.
I certainly know emotions do not get in the way of performance for myself.
As far as dreams:
I have a difficult time remember my bedtime dreams... don't really care about them perhaps?

How did he look like? Where you under stress ? was it a coincidence?I often lucid dream - that is, I can control my dreams because I know I'm dreaming.
Add in a really wild imagination and I have some pretty screwed up stuff in my dreams. Example - I've dreamed of a demon invasion. At which point, I began to lucid dream. My solution - I flown into the crust of the earth by punching a hole through the ground, went down into hell and killed the devil with my bare hands.
Sometimes I'd wish I have thicker skin. But these are 2 older women that are just rude, egos the size of houses and just plain mean.Well, as you can see apparently they do^^
You should check out Tarot thread on the INTJ [the Scientists] board.
And BTW, since we are talking types and unicorns - did you know that Jung came up with the whole function/type theory because he had a dream about it?
Hell was dark with a faint reddish orange glow. The devil was the size of a skyscraper and swarms of demons were at his feet. How did he look like? Where you under stress ? was it a coincidence?
Not really - I felt pretty passive to him. I felt like I had to stop him in order to stop the demons from coming. But were you scared of the demon? I mean the boss, not the tiny ones?
According to Jung when one's Shadow appears in a dream it takes form of people of the same sex [males have male shadow], often scary ones - dangerous agents, assassins, foreigners [sic!] so I guess that he may also appear as a demon.
When the dream is about your most neglected function calling your attention it often appear as animals or other beasts like dragons, but unless you are undergoing a terrible crisis they are friendly beasts.
When interpreting a dream emotions you feel are important.
How would you identify a neglected function in a dream? But were you scared of the demon? I mean the boss, not the tiny ones?
