Hi everybody!!
I'm new here. As I am very intrigued by the 16 MBTI types, I have studied most of the MBTI types and I have a small question. I realized that in Socionics the ISFj x ENTj relationship is listed as a 'duality' relationship, whereas everywhere else on the internet says that it is a less than ideal match. Could someone please clue me in as to whats going on?

Thanks!

In socionics, duality is considered ideal for two main reasons: shared values and complementary strengths. Shared values means that you value the same elements, i.e. you're in the same quadra-- in theory, this is associated with strong communication and a compatible overall approach to life. For ISFj/ESI and ENTj/LIE, the Fi/Te and Ni/Se are valued, and both types belong to the Gamma quadra. Complementary strengths means that, in terms of dimensionality, your strengths exactly complement their weaknesses and vice versa.
