I'm not one to be a fan of discussing the compatibility of different types, since it really comes to down the individual, more so than their type, but in theory (or reality) how do you think these types get along, if both are healthy and are interested in similar things? I find that their relationships usually start by an ENXJ finding an INXP and "forcing" them to get out of their heads. ENXJ's are very much about action, but they like making change as well, so in a way it could work as trying to "fix" an INXP, but obviously that would be an unhealthy example. It's similar to the ENXP and INXJ dynamic, but I think those tend to work out better because the introvert is the judger.

It's all about balance and what you want for a partner. EN*J and IN*P are supposed to work well together because each one bring good value to the other. But IN*J and IN*P works too. Overall I think introverts have a higher compatibility with most people. Extraverts are maybe a bit more difficult.
