How do Enneagram types affect ESFJs?
What would a type 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 look like?

How does the Enneagram type mix with the functions?
How do the functions complement the enneatype?
How do they conflict?

edit:Clarifying the "Functions" & Enneagram
Enneagram covers "core motivations" of a personality: why a person is driven to do what they do. Whereas the "functions" are more about phenomenological cognition, the sort of language a person's thought processes has.

Well, I'm currently identifying as a 9, so I'll go with that. I've considered myself a 1 and a 2 in the past.

I think being a 9 heightens the need to people-please that ESFJs tend to have. I also have an so/sp variant stacking, which I think lines up with ESFJ. I wouldn't say that ESFJ and 9 necessarily conflict, though I am more on the reserved side. People I know often label me as introverted.

I think this description of a so/sp 9 sums it up nicely:
"They move towards others in a way which can resemble Twos, but they are motivated by a desire to initiate and maintain contact without provoking conflict. On the high side, the social/self-pres Nine generally knows a lot of people and gets along with most everyone."
