I cry a lot. Then when I get tired of crying, I invite friends over and they provide a good distraction for a while. Then once they leave, I feel cripplingly lonely and start crying all over again. What helped for me was keeping a journal and writing about all my feelings, so I would have an outlet to collect my feelings when my friends weren't around. I'm sorry about your breakup. I know how much that sucks. No matter what anyone says, you're allowed to be sad about it for as long as you want.
