Well it seems like a lot of infps like Regina Spektor. People I like are Fleet Foxes, Zero 7, Sia, Two Door Cinema Club, Air, Toro y Moi, Massive Attack, Nas, Common, Lykke Li, Little Dragon, Memoryhouse, MGMT, Atlas Sound, Hot Chip, Phoenix, Neon Indian, Adele, Miike Snow, Metronomy, Animal Collective, Basement Jaxx, Empire of the Sun, Bear in Heaven, Portishead, Nirvana...
Nine Inch Nails, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Opeth, Isis, Celldweller, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Rishloo, Cire, Deftones, Emptyself, Faith no More, Incubus, Manson, Porcupine Tree, QOTSA, RHCP, Soundgarden, 'tallica/'deth, Blue Stahli, Callisto, Cult of Luna, Blindspott, Dark Suns, Devin Townsend Band/Project, How to Destroy Angels, Jack off Jill, Iwrestledabearonce, John Butler Trio, Pink Floyd, Massive Attack, Team Sleep, Jimi Hendrix, Muse, The Prodigy to name a few.
Muse is far and away my favorite band. I pretty much listen to them for a few hours every single day.
After them, it would be hard for me to list off bands since I like songs more than I like bands. The ones who have the most amount of songs I like from their catalog would probably be The Killers, Billy Joel, Elton John (Funeral For A Friend/Love Lies Bleeding is absolutely my all time favorite song for about 20 years now), Stabbing Westward, Franz Ferdinand, ELO, and Queen to name a few
The Smiths and The Cure come to mind, veeery emotional stuff. Broken Social Scene and Radiohead too, some of the more absract lyrics ive heard. Synthpop and Chillwave/glo-fi also sounds like an INFP thing. Passion Pit, MGMT, Washed Out
also, New Order. Theyre another 80s band with catchy, somewhat melancholic pop tunes. And of course The Arcade Fire haha. Their album "Funeral" is amazing. My friend said when he first heard it, he said he "found his first love".
