Self explanatory, split into fictional and historical characters

Fictional:
Tyrion Lannister (Game of Thrones)
Professor Oobleck (RWBY)
Dr. Strangelove (Doctor Strangelove)
Tony Stark (You all know this already)
The Joker (Batman, various other DC properties)

Historical:
Alexander the Great (King of Macedon, one of history's greatest generals, possibly also ESTP)
Socrates (Philosopher who taught Plato, famous skeptic and master debater)
Leonardo da Vinci (painter, inventor, scientist, sculptor, writer, philosopher, intellectual. Living embodiment of Apollo on Earth)
Murray Rothbard (Libertarian and economist)
John Cleese (Comedian and key member of Monty Python)
John Stuart Mill (philosopher and social liberal)
Catherine the Great (empress of Russia, very successful)
Hypatia (Last great classical philosopher in the west, lived in Alexandria during the late 4th century, possibly also INTP)
Teddy Roosevelt (US president in early 20th century, hunter, badass)

A very large number of fictional heroes are ENTPs probably because ENTPs are probably the most likely to create characters. One of my favorite fictional ENTPs that comes right to mind is Sherlock Holmes. Samus Aran also seems like an ENTP and is one of my favorites. Matilda was pretty cool.

Accessing my memory is pretty hard at the moment.

Historical:
Murray Rothbard
Gunpei Yokoi
Thomas Jefferson (possibly INTP, but I really think he was an ENTP)
Ben Franklin
Nikola Tesla
Robin Williams
Howard Hughes

They wouldn't like me very much, but I think they're great.

@richard nixon
question 1) Are you a crook?

Jokes aside, I always felt that Tesla was way more INTP than ENTP. He was pretty much always a loner who never really liked to interact much (also he never got laid, poor guy). Compare that to a 100% undoubted ENTP like Leonardo da Vinci. While Da Vinci definitely appreciated his alone time, he was still social, lecturing and teaching and what not. Also he was bisexual (not really proof he's an ENTP, but its cool to know and ENTPs are usually more successful with short-term relationships). Definitely possible though
