Not sure whether to start a deep conversation or if i should just introduce myself and have some small talk (which i quite frankly hate).
So i'll start by saying a few things about myself. (and hope this leads to a good conversation)
First time ever doing this so i'll not go into detail. I have an unusual combination of hobbies, i like to draw, i enjoy going to gym, i practice kickboxing on my own, i like reading about science -even though i'm not too good at it- especially physics and some others that i'll talk about if i feel comfortable enough.

Now for a deep topic if anyone is still reading.

So even if i have hobbies that are mainly about socialising, like going to gym, i don't really socialise (no friends, neither online nor offline) and that doesn't affect me, but i see that the problem is with me, i find people boring, predictable and overall uninteresting, repeting meaningless actions or talking about the same thing but in a different format, and from this train of thought of mine i don't socialise even though i want to find someone interesting, it gets tiring really quick when i try to.
Sooo (third so) any thoughts about this?

(Sorry for my poor english)

Hello Juvette!

Welcome to this forum ;) (Smalltalk done)

Many people here use another language as their main. I for example come from germany, so be assured that there is a big tolerance regarding grammar or other weaknesses hehe.

Have fun ^^

Late to the party...

So. Your English isn't poor at all, seems quite fine to me.

Not about hobbies but I relate to this. I was supposed to study to become a psychiatrist (that was a kind of dream, out-of-reach job I was always thinking about), and a psychiatrist actually need to socialize with his patients, it's a humane job, that I was ready to take, even though just like you I don't socialize (no friends, even when I try, but it's mostly for other reasons than your own, even if the problem has also had to do with me in all the cases it never worked out). So yeah, I relate to that no-socializing thing and especially the part where you said it doesn't "affect" you. For a couple additional thoughts; I find (kick-)boxing massively cool; I don't read about sciences too much but since you mentioned physics I'll deviate a bit and mention that I watch a lot of documentaries about astrophysics, the solar system, planets and other related things (those fascinates me).

And I need a third so to match yours, but I don't know where to place it. Meh.

So, welcome and who knows, maybe you'll find an interesting someone in here.
