Didn't make top 5 but I still love: Futurama, 30 rock, The Big Bang Theory, Undergrads, Death Note, Ouran High School Host Club, Dollhouse, Scrubs, How I met your mother, Veronica Mars, Ugly Betty, The Office, Clone High, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia...

There's a lot more but I feel I've said enough XD. Yay for tv!

Oh man, I totally forgot about Futurama, The Big Bang Theory, and Flight of the Conchords. And the West Wing. And North and South (another mini-series).

Reading this reminded me I forgot a couple of other shows... Six feet under, The Guild (I find it's a fun 5 minutes every time XD), Gossip Girl (guilty pleasure), Modern Family, True Blood, Community... These aren't in my top five but I feel bad for leaving out shows I like. God I'm such a tv geek.

Ooh! I wanna add some too:
Modern Family- "Why the Face"
Community-Pierce is the only man to drown in a parking lot. Twice.
Mad Men-Awesome Theme song
All That- Check it owt!
Glee-There's nothing ironic about show choir!

Oh my god XD I had totally forgotten about the ''Why the face'' joke. I remember laughing so hard at that one... I also watch Glee though I feel the last couple of episodes were pretty awful.

As for Community, my fondest memory is still this:

YouTube - Community - "La Biblioteca" - Abed and Troy Rap

Community!!!!!!! Modern Family! How could I forget?

... so even though I feel like I don't watch too much tv, apparently I do.

Also, I prefer tv over most movies any day because a) Hollywood usually sucks b) I have a hard time believing that big movie stars really are their charcaters (all I see are Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz etc) c) tv allows for the development of complicated and deep story lines/characters (ie the masterpiece that is the Wire) in way a lot of movies are unable to do. Obviously, there are a tonne of counter examples but I feel that my points generally hold up.

I completely agree; I find it hard to believe big movie stars in their roles (unles they are amazingly good actors). I still love movies but I've always felt that character development was the most important thing for me which I why I love tv so much. I just like finding characters I appreciate and seeing them cope with different situations..
