The bulk of what I see floating around the Internet are tests and assessments to determine either function or function axis preference.

What I would really like to check though is the development or maturation level of each of the individual functions. Is anything like that available?

For example, I’m an INTP... but what I would like to know is how well developed is my Ni, Ne, Ti, Te, etc.

Thank you for your response, but I wanted to see more of an assessment to gage how well my functions specifically are developed as opposed to the table of people’s proficiency in general.

So, does anyone know of a place to test not your function preferences but how well you use the individual functions?

There's a short book I don't remember the name of. You can try searching for "cognitive functions" on amazon.com

I would appreciate it if you could find the name of that book. The search You suggested results in text on brain injuries.
