I mostly want other opinions since it can be kind of hard to objectively type family members.

She:

*is very quiet
*it's like pulling teeth if you try to get her to talk about herself.
*She makes puns often, and occasionally makes spot-on insulting jokes about other people, but in a good-natured way.
*spends a lot of time alone. she likes being solitary and doing her own thing
*reads a LOT. I'm not sure what she reads. She is pretty secretive about her interests.
*intellectualizes everything (not in an pretentious way, more like in an overly analytical/logical way).
*She recently said "I don't allow myself to dislike people, even some who may deserve it, because it can all be reduced to personality clashes and different styles of communication, among other things."
*doesn't allow herself to get angry very often for the reasons mentioned above, most likely.
*has a bit of a criminal mind. She can be very sneaky and manipulative, and is good at making elaborate plans for various schemes that she never actually does. The ideas aren't bad, just mischievous.
*Despite her being very rational and Thinkerly, she is also very sensitive, and cries easily. Might just be hormones though.
*is mostly agreeable and easy to get along with. she is a chameleon around most people
*can be absentminded and oblivious to her surroundings, and very clumsy.

I find it very hard to tell if she is an F or a T, honestly. She seems to have a lot of both. Her I is obvious at least, and Ne seems apparent too. INxP? Or something else entirely? I'm very unsure about her enneatype.
Any thoughts?

The first thing I thought is if she is so intellectually active maybe she would be pleased to take the test in first person. Or are you afraid she would not tell you the result?

That seems more feeler than thinker.

That is strange. How can you state she reads a lot without knowing the content of the books she reads? Do you see often her around the house with a book in hand? Do you see her often in the act of reading?

By the other things you said, it seems to me too she reads a lot, because it is not probable she is reading few things very very slowly. But this is only an inference not a fact.

Not only, but let us guess she has those books. Around the house? Unlikely, you could check them and know what she reads. In a closed location, like you are not allowed to enter in her room? Curious.

And, logically we can guess those books also are not available to you because they are borrowed from friends or library. So, she likes books but she does not like owning them? That's a feeler.

I have seen her with actual books a few times, but she mostly reads on her Kindle. So, no.

So you think she is INFP? You only specified that you think she is a feeler

Usually one reads slower of ebooks readers and they are more engaging for eyes, but anyway it is possible she reads a lot.

Good chance she is INFP but honestly I would leave the last word to more experienced members here.

I would love to say INFP, she sounds so cool. I would definitely say Introvert (she is very secretive and enjoys a lot of solitary time), probably intuitive, and a perceiver. The feeler/thinker thing is tricky. She does sound quite rational, but then you also said she is sensitive. I am inclined to say feeler, as you said she is a chameleon around people - I can relate to this a lot, wanting to please people. So it turns out I am saying INFP! But possibly INTP.

You've mentioned a lot of behavior-related stuff, so I think a lot of this could be generalized to anyone, not just a specific type. Why do you think her Ne is apparent?

how old is she, by the way?

She's 17. Well, I'm not sure what to base her type off of other than her behavior, so idk?
About Ne...I'm pretty sure she's fi-dom, and she doesn't seem to have much Se at all. So then she's must have Ne. The stuff she says and does seems to be Ne-ish too, but maybe I don't understand the function?
Do you think she is a different type?
