Hi everyone!

I am new to this site and was hoping for a platform where I can express myself and ask about issues without having to encounter the people “out there” (thank you internets!), because a lot of the things I’d like to “get out” or enquire about seems like it will either:

A. cost a lot of money (to visit psychologists and/or psychiatrists, and/or get treatments for anxiety and other undesirable circumstances, etc)
B. push away/alienate/weird out the few important people I have and want to keep in my life (my friends, boyfriend, etc) and have negative practical limitations resulting because of it (no longer being included in events like dinners, birthdays, receiving patronising comments, being treated like a child in multiple ways, etc)
C. create stigma, prejudice or other impressions with those not necessarily friends but who play a large role in my life (e.g. my boss, parents, etc) which could lead to negative practical limitations
or
D. All of the above
So it may seem to be completely nonsensical, stupid, irrelevant, self-exploratory and weird, but the goal here is not to create something aesthetically pleasing or stimulating; rather a highly personal excavation of realisations, emotions, insights, contemplations, frustrations, and the like.
So try to bear with me (or don’t ).

Welcome to the forums and enjoy your stay!

Feel free to vent and I might even chime in from time to time. (I'm not very good at giving emotional support/advice but I'll try)
