Hi, and thanks for taking the time to read this.

So I was wondering, what do you guys do to manage your time wisely, or balance out your time?

If anyone could help me out here,
*School everyday - mon to fri from 7am-3:30pm
*Sports everyday at 6-8pm

* I HAVE HOMEWORK LIKE PRETTY MUCH EVERY SINGLE DAY. * this is what is stressing me out, and i am scared because i cant balance out my time properly?

Also, im scared because sometimes i feel like im getting burnt out from the studying,
well, i dont do anything else, all ive been doing since ive gotten home is studying (3 weeks of school so far of year 11 HSC in australia)

what i consider my rests are playing ps4, watching youtube videos, and thats pretty much it.

can you guys suggest, if there is anything wrong here..? any bad habits, anything you can suggest that would help make me feel better about not stressing out... or doing something therapeutic and actual resting?

thank you.

-- btw, i am an enfj, if that helps...? what can you guys suggest for an enfj like me ? --

Is sports mandatory or an extra-curriculum? If it's not important and does not affect your grades, then I suggest you drop out of sports. Use some of these time to do your homework at school and then go home to do whatever you want.

i guess what i would suggest is just to accept that sports is going to eat up a lot of your free time. another suggestion is to keep a routine of school sports and homework during the week and saving the weekends for relaxation. i know it sounds kind of dull but it's a very disciplined approach and will probably be good for your life in the long run. and then on weeknights when you've finished homework of course you can do funner stuff if you have the time or energy to afterwards. also, what are you doing from 3:30 - 6pm? that's a free chunk of time. could you squeeze some homework in then?

I’m in Year 12 HSC and did a HSC course in Year 10 and Year 11.

The one thing to remember is to not overwork yourself because Year 11 is basically your last year of freedom. My best advice is to assign yourself 3 tasks each day. Once you’re done, don’t do any more and just relax.

Unfortunately, this won’t work in Year 12 since work will keep piling in, especially if you take classes outside school, but it should help you survive Year 11

Love you dude; here are my thoughts:

Remember the p/pc balance. Production/production-capacity.

You can produce results, but that stresses the machine/body. Doing more production than your production capacity will wear you out, and eventually, start to have really negative effects.

You are asking a LOT out of production from your body with school and sports daily. So... you have 3 options.

1. Lower production:
This is probably not what you'd like to do, but if you prioritize your health and happiness over the production, you might consider limiting your sports.

2. Increase production-capacity:
Let's say that you can't picture removing any time from sports, it's that important to you. To increase PC, you've gotta prioritize PC actions like total nightly sleep. If you are doing sports daily, 10 hours of sleep a day is NOT too much. Diet is nearly as important. Make sure you are getting the calories(fuel), protein, and nutrients you need. Consider taking creatine and protein shakes. This'll help your body keep up with the strain sports are doing to you.

3. Suck it up:
The worst option, but it's still out there. Perhaps this is short term, and you really NEED to do these sports. Then you can leave the P/PC balance in the red zone.

Another thing you might want to take into consideration is the 4Quadrant theory (in regards to what activities you partake in).

Good luck and I hope you do great things!

All I can think of is to look into strategies that will help you do homework more efficiently. Use every resource provided to you and try to use homework as a form of active learning, rather than just getting it done for the grade. That way you don't have to study as hard for your exams.

I try to wake up earlier. My day starts with 5:30 am. I make some physical training and eat and go to the university. To have more free time I visit this source to find services to complete my assignments. In this case, I do not spend time on more homework tasks and have time for self-improvement.
