This is probably not what you want to hear but I'll say it anyways since I used to struggle with social anxiety...

Something involving lots of people. The reason I say this is in the beginning you will be a nervous wreck but eventually with enough positive social experiences your social anxiety will ease to some degree.

The worst thing to do in my opinion is feed the anxiety by staying in your comfort zone and avoiding people. Dealing with people is something essential no matter what you do. So that's just my advice. I was supposedly diagnosed with social anxiety when I was younger. But now I don't have it or if I do it's barely there.

Another piece of advice is never use your mental health as a clutch for not doing something. I say this from my own personal experience in a caring way :)
