I remember reading about an introverted type that wouldn't answer questions, or reveal themselves until they investigated the person who was inquisitive. Once they formed an opinion, or felt comfortable with the inquisitive person they slowly answered the questions.

Anyways, I finally experienced this type, I'm trying to remember what it is? The person probably knows his MBTI Type but when I asked him he asked me what my type was. He turns all my questions into his own. What is he?

The answering questions with questions could definitely be INTP, I relate to that. I think it's a way of expanding the scope of the question and seeing how you yourself see the answer being. Since it often seems as though there is no "one truth", it can be a way of throwing all of the options on the table to sort through. I think it's also a way to play with the other person, not in a malevolent sense, but just a form of affection of sorts. I just seem to naturally engage in that behavior for some reason.
