Help please, am I a 4 or an 8?

I am seriously conflicted between the two, I feel I am either an 8w9 or a 4w5....I know it's whichever I am more but I feel I am kind of a 4w5 in private but an 8w9 in public, is that possible? Don't even get me going on the variants XD

If someone could maybe just post a little compare and contrast paragraph or something between the two types it would be much appreciated
