[Peaceful Defense]

Is there a IDE to make portable apps that you can put on a flash drive.
My current IDE is JCreator and I'm not that well versed in java but I can learn.

Python does! if you know Python or ready to learn it. It's one of the easiest languages.

Anyways, it's called Portable Python. You can either google it or go to Python's website, go to download and look for it there.
