Hello ENTP's! What is the highest level of education that you have completed as of right now? Advanced professional degrees (MD, JD, DO, etc.) are considered doctorate-level for the purposes of this poll.

If you're wondering what I intend to do with the results, check out my blog post here: MBTI Correlation Project - Blogs - PersonalityCafe

Tag me or quote me if you want to get my attention on this thread. If there's an option you would like to select, but isn't available, let me know and I'll enter your information manually if possible.

Thanks in advance for responding!

AS degree, BS degree, part of a second BS degree, and 1/2 of a Masters degree.

Confusing, I know. I voted "BS degree" in the poll.

Edit: I also think that level of education has less to do with a person's ability or type, and much, much more to do with opportunity and luck.
Definitely. I'd have a PhD by now if life didn't keep getting in my way.

Plus his poll and subsequent results will be totally skewed all over PerC because he didn't factor in the fact that there are people here of varying ages.

Imagine having a sample that has something like 20 votes for High School and all of them are 17 year olds :p

Good point. I'm er...much older than a lot of kids here.

Thanks for the responses, everyone. Just to clarify, I am indeed expecting a very disproportionate number of pre-HS and HS answers. However, I'm not trying to measure what portion each type has of each category; rather, I'm comparing proportions of those answers between types. So unless there are significant differences in the age of average respondents between types, if INTP's are the most likely to get PhD's (for example), then that will still be reflected in the polls.

Finishing up a BA in Philosophy this semester. I'd like to pursue a second Bachelor's, a Master's, or a JD after that, but that will have to be at some point farther down the line.

Are you assuming that the age distribution amongst types is going to be the same on this site?

I think there may be age stats available that'll help you. At least you'll be able to figure out whether there's a significant difference in age distribution between types.

Reasonable enough concern. I haven't gone to a college, much to the chagrin of many around me.
Granted, I spew out a bit of my vision for my life, and suddenly they go from telling me I will fail miserably without college.. To asking if I'll still be around once I'm a millionaire/billionaire.

Hey everyone. I wanted to thank those who've voted on this and contributed to the discussion so far. However, many people throughout the site have noted that this poll doesn't take into account age or the current pursuit of a new diploma, degree, or certificate, and doesn't allow for non-traditional achievement such as vocational school. These issues had crossed my mind before, but I made some big assumptions and ended up ignoring the potential flaws. I've realized now that that was a big mistake that will render any data gathered from here useless. This poll will remain open for anyone who wishes to vote or discuss the issue; however, I will not be using this data for the project detailed in the OP and I will open a new poll on this subject at some point in the near future.
