I'm very much an ENTP when it comes to my personal life and such. however,when I'm at work my personality shifts to that more of a ESTJ, where everything I do needs to be detailed and in order. Maybe it's because my coworkers are more N P than I am, that I need to make up for it in order to get the job done?

Anyone else see a difference in their work MBTI than their personal life?

What you are describing is a work/home persona. Basically a mask that you wear or a role that you play thats appropriate to the situation you're in. This isn't type. Type is more fundamental, who you are regardless of the circumstances (don't worry a vast many people get this confused or don't understand this critical difference, and it is partially propagated by much of the material online).

Your persona may have vestiges of your type in it, but not necessarily.
