Rough day in terms of sensations associated with tapering off one of the two medications I am weaning off of after 16 years or so, "and" not but: It's a good day. I am doing what needs done; accepting what I cannot do "as well"; and otherwise just putting one foot in front of the other, while playing games, giving and getting forum support (nothing to do with the taper).

I'm grateful I know how it goes with tapering and me: I am at the peak, it will plateau, and then in a few days I will start to feel good again, enjoy that for several days, and make another cut, repeat... until I'm down low on this, and can start on the second medication.

My doctor will be pleased and surprised at the progress; he always is, and I'm grateful for that.
