  • It's been a see-saw day but more ups than downs.
  • The things I still have to do before going to sleep.
  • Calmer than earlier; I took my Evening Medications an hour and a half late, which is foolish, leads to confusion, pain, more... but my nervous system is righting itself; drinking herbal tea is helping, too.
