Have conversations with INTP's!! It does wonders..
Also, there is a very refreshing and mind-changing exercise I do from time to time: Make a ton of "What if..."-sentences that are mostly about the opposite from what you already believe (sometimes beliefs can be so strong that we dont even question them anymore).
Examples: "What if I'm much better than I think I am?", "What if I dont have to make everything right all the time", etc.
You could do this with philosophical topics as well, I find it to be very stimulating for the mind..

-----I am sorry to hear that you're in a funk.
-----I suggest finding a creative outlet. Whether it's writing, photography, painting, or whatever--we need that creative outlet to get Ne rolling.
-----The other thing that does it is abstract communication and thinking. Try browsing for interesting questions. Try learning about new things--specifically things that require abstract thinking.
-----Lastly, and importantly, meet up with other iNtuitives in general, and also reserve some time for NF-NF communication.
-----In a concrete-oriented world, if we isolate ourselves and put up walls to prevent others from getting in, then we've built our own prisons. Here's your Get-out-of-jail-free Card! We don't have to go through life alone.
