It's actually quite hard to cheer an ESFP (like me), sometimes we take our time alone letting our sadness and insecurities builds up and ended up stressed and thinking too much, until we seek an excitement by ourselves or just ended up being in a grip. we're the Fi users so we tend to not express or show our feelings like how ESFJ does. Sometimes simple, we're not really that complicated about answering the usual things people often asked in that kind of situation, "are you okay?" yes, we are. we take our time alone and then jumping off the bridge again(being normal again). but if you do want to cheer an ESFP, maybe try to build their optimism and make them feel worth and matter (in this case, ESFP tend to be more insecure and pessimists about everything and can't do anything when they're on the grip). by that, we won't ever leave you
