I ask this because currently where I live includes an

ESTJ
ENFJ (myself)
ENTJ
INFP
INTP
INTJ

all of us are dudes and aside from a couple arguments occasionally between the ENTJ and INTP there have been no major conflicts or anything really. I mean yes the house is usually a bit of a mess (6 lazy male uni students) but it runs smoothly. Still if I had a choice, I would wish for a bet more S in the household.

anyways yea curious to see what pairings people think would mesh well.

Well, I would probably simply like to be in a room full of epic individuals. But if I were able to choose epic people of a certain type, I'd probably choose:

INFP
ESFJ
ESFP
INTP
ISTJ
---> And then me. ENFP.

If I had to live with five types, it would go a little something like this:

• Shih Tzu
• King Charles Spaniel
• Siberian Husky
• Labradoodle
• Portuguese Water Dog

Obviously I would want many more types than this but one can only live with so many.
That's a heck 'a lot of canine.

I agree with @Julia Bell on being with specific individuals rather than types, but it's just a lighthearted thread so I think I would go for:
ESFP<-- That's me. I'd probably have to be there somewhere.
ESFJ - To plan adventures with.
ISTJ - To get some scheming in them.
ENTP - Something to counter my SFP and who I could talk with all night long.
INFJ - To pop into our conversations and add fine points to our schemes.
ISFP - To help me with my quiet side.

Everyone balancing each other out. It would be awesome.

Or end in chaos. Hey, who knows?

The INTP would keep me company in my intellectual pursuits. The INFJ and ENFJ would keep each other company and help me learn about my inferior Fi. As for the ISFP...he/she would be my personal pet and constantly entertain me with his/her natural artistic talent. Also, he/she would help me and the INTP constantly think outside the box. :wink:

Ooh fun thread. Stereotyping. Yay.
I'm picturing a perfectly balanced household:
ESFP - For the daily fun, craziness and hyperactivity. And creativity - they can paint the walls or something
ISFx - For the occassional rampant emotionalism to spice things up a bit
ESTJ - Well, I'll need somebody to help organise the household and remember when we need to pay our bills
INxx - For the intelligent conversations and general insightfulness
ENFx - We wouldn't need to pay for central heating with an ENFx around, they practically radiate warmth and friendliness
and then there'll be me, the INTJ

... Of course, in reality it doesn't work like that, and I've got a bit of an Intuitive bias going on there, so it's not a perfect balance, but I had my fun while it lasted.

EDIT: Oh no, I forgot the ENFP! Oh what's the point. I'd rather live in a bin.

Hmm..it's really hard for me to choose. Each and every category of MBTI helps me in someway or the other and provides me with experiences, whether good or bad. I wouldn't have been me, if even they weren't there.I'll require all them in my life.

An ENFJ, xNFx and an INTx to keep me intellectually active and on my toes and to have deep conversations with;
And I, the INFP, will round out the group perfectly
