I am an INFJ who doesn't like English and is not very good at it. On the other hand, I enjoy maths and am good at it.
One reason why I might not English is because, it often consists of 'how did the author convey this characters emotions' or 'write about language techniques used in this poem'.
One reason this might be is that I prefer writing the book and coming up with the characters and plot etc. myself. Rather than, writing about another authors book.
But, why do I like Maths?

Types don't really define what a person can like or dislike. An INTP, for example, doesn't need to like math or science.

I'm a math teacher. It's not all that unusual for INFJ's to like math actually.
