Thoughts? Insights? Advice?

My random thoughts on this topic that I am hoping others want to weigh in on and add to:

- that INFJs describe things in ways that others may not always understand
- verbal and non verbal communication and all that can happen with that
- being evaluated (judged) as an INFJ interviewee
- high stakes situation where you want to impress
- are likely being interviewed by someone who isn't INFJ

Don't mention being introverted: there are so many people out there that don't understand this trait correctly and will judge you negatively for it.

Other than that, the best advice I can give is: ask questions, be attentive, be open, be friendly, act interested in the job (that is, if you're not already!).

But above all, understand that the employer is looking for a specific someone to fill a single/limited position(s) out of a pool of potentially hundreds of applicants. You not getting the job is NO sign you're a terrible person or not fit for the job. You just didn't make whatever subjective cut they were making. It could be you were in the top three, but someone else just happened to be a wee bit more what they were looking for. Just keep trying, and keep confident.

Sometimes, all is needed just to change things a bit.
