Influencing people, and changing the world

Hi, a Rational here, leaning mostly toward INTP, I can be 50/50 with Extroversion and Introversion, depends on my mood and what is useful to me at the time. So, I've come to realize, that the best type I can ever team up with, will be ENFJ. Combining people skills, and abstract thinking, you know we could rule this world? This is partially humour, but c'mon, some of you can see it. INTP and ENFJ are like complimentary opposites that just work well together, kind of Yin&Yang. And some of the best leaders in history have been teams. The model of two people sharing power is nowadays used in Business and as well as Politics, with it in the past being made well known by the rule of Consuls over the Roman Republic, and later Co-Emperors of the Roman Empire(briefly stabilized the huge empire, which is better than nothing, because all empires fall one day.) I think, that at some point, we can do great things together. Now, I don't take personality typing too seriously, I believe people are more fluid than that, but I know there are some common traits within self tested or professionally assessed types that just do work well together in teamwork. Where one lacks, the other can make up for that, if the two desire. INTPs and ENFJs unite!! :p

My thoughts exactly, and I say with this no sarcasm. Its a pity that INTPs are so easy to misunderstand, but I really wish I could team up with someone and start a few community and volunteer organizations/activities to make a difference in the world.

@WhyINTP If an INTP is willing to engage in teamwork, and develop their inferior and tertiary functions, I think that it is entirely possible to bring an ENFJ over to your side. The problem with Feelers though, is that they would find our logical solutions depraved or sociopathic sometimes, two things I have been called a few times in my life(don't worry, never by a professional, just people who disagree with me.)

Its happened to me, and trust me, it hurts when someone says, "you're horrible to everyone", and then goes on to develop their own theory about why I'm horrible.

And about participating in teamwork and developing more of the feeling side, yes I completely agree. Its a work in progress but I'll get there.

Yes yes.
You come up with the strategy and I'll do the cold reading. Domination of the world is within reach.

@Shapaha Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahhaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. But seriously, I think the best strategy would be to just help everyone else leave the planet, or, as an alternative, leave the planet and do a whole human civilization reboot. Some would go for that, I am certain. Think of the Mars Direct project. People, from Army Officers to Scientists, have signed up to start colonizing Mars. Now, if we can figure out how to cryogenically freeze people without destroying their brains, we could technically get a bunch of people to sign up, get funds from a mix of state and private sources(to be pragmatic, governments would fund it to ease the strain on natural resources), and have a vessel built to contain at least a dozen people, including us, and we could all start a new society. For genetic variation, we can just take many samples of DNA with us, and put the DNA in hollowed out egg cells, the same way Dolly the sheep was cloned. So, even with only a few people, we can go Civilization on that new planet's ass lol

Convincing people to leave the planet seems to be the better choice. We just have to convince them that Mars has been terraformed and is now a utopia for everyone who wants to live a better life. WE'll also take away the drinking age so that all may drink and encourage drinking as a means of spiritualization.

Once they have been convinced to leave, we need not worry; the van allen radiation belt would take care of our problem.

@Eggsies What if I told you...neither does Ireland? I was so pissed when I found that out.

Yeah I live in Americahat, same deal, I hope they know how much fucking money they'd make JUST from me.
One of my best friends is an INTP. I cheer him up and amuse/excite him. He is kind but also thoughtful. It works.

@Eggsies I'd buy like a dozen white castle burgers every so often, and just eat them, shamelessly.
@alittlebear I know what you mean, I think it's important Feelers remind Thinkers that they do in fact have hearts. Especially the NT Thinkers.

@bmwoodson @Eggsies Eggsies mentioned that. I learned that. I am being told learned information. And I am starting to think White Castle are a coy business indeed. It is shocking though.

I skimmed the first time through... then realized after I posted, but didn't feel like deleting. And, yeah - I saw my first White Castle as an adult. It's a pity.
