Well think about it rationally. This new job is a lot more money, less stress and healthier. Those tick very important boxes. The only drawback is that conversation with your colleagues won't be fulfilling.
What I've noticed people do in work is compartmentalise. (Is that a word?). Basically you need to think that your job is not your source of fulfilling relationships. I've always tried to do this with little success to be honest, but I think it's the way to go.
As long as you can access those relationships outside work, i'd go for it.
