It doesn't get a lot of publicity, though. So I'm handing it some, right here, because the information is fascinating.
This site explains Lenore Thomson's work, for free. You're essentially getting some of the book's ideas without buying the thing (though I'd rather do that...). It explains a lot about how people can mistype themselves, why people act the way they do under stress, etc.
