Hey,

I'm a female INTP who wants to learn more about types.
INTP fits perfectly, but when I first read it, I thought: math? ...okay, chemistry, physics + biology, never
I googled and found out that some other INTPs were more interested in languages, history etc., most likely to take foreign languages (for me French and English) :), and that these subjects were sometimes boring for us. So, then I was satisfied.

I'm pretty shy when meeting new people and I can't call anybody who I've never seen before. Always been that way, but I was and still am more open to adults. But I don't think everyone notices it, because in school I seem very extraverted sometimes. Okay, I know my people, even though I hate noisy people.

I used to be perfectionistic about friendships and because there were no perfect friends, I had acquaintance. That has changed a bit, I realized there is no perfection. Sometimes it is hard to be an INTP, but sometimes it's pretty cool.

I finish here. See you.

Hi blueberry,
I see you are from Germany?
I'm a female INTJ and originally from Germany, but have lived in England for four years now.
LOL, I still relate better to "adults". It hasn't really sunk in that I'm 32 myself and I see my older friends and acquaintances as "adults".

Yeah, Germany. After I did all the German tests I searched for English and somehow came here. Improving my English, not bad.

Oh okay. ^^ Even in primary school I talked to my teachers much more than to the students. And I used to hate cars for destroying the environment...

Welcome to the forum. You can't call anybody who you've never seen before? Like, you can't order a pizza if you haven't seen the people working at the restaurant?

Pizza is not the problem, more when I know something depends on how I present myself. Then I prefer to know or have seen the people who I'm talking to.

Yeah, I think there is a good reason for that. It is much easier to communicate face to face than over the phone. Weird thing about ISTPs: they absolutely hate phones.
