While I'm not generally focused on washing my hands when I wash them (asking for my thoughts to stay well-grounded is an absurd thing to do, after all), I do highly dislike splashing and getting water all over the sink. It creates a soupy mess, especially if you're like me and have a sink top covered in clutter.
